INTRODUCTION OF BLAS
BLAS was founded in 1999 and is a non-profit organization subordinated to Ministry of Civil Affairs which is specialized to provide service for foreign adoption. Its main business: to be responsible to provide consulting service for foreign adoption organizations and adoptive families; to provide documents for foreign adoptive applicants; data translation service; to provide tourists reception service for foreign adoptive families who come to China to complete registration procedures of adopting children; to provide reception service for foreign adoptive families’ Root-seeking Tour; to provide reception service for conference, training and investigation of relevant departments.
For years BLAS abides by the people-oriented concept, keeps offering human, individualized, elaborate and specialized service and make efforts to be disciplined, develop and be improved in practice, has made its own service a special brand, won the praise of service subjects and received high opinion of relevant authorities. In 2006 Director Liu Xiaolei was appraised as National Able Woman by All-China Women's Federation and Translation Department was awarded the honorary title of Women Civilization Post by All-China Women's Federation. In 2007 Financial Department was awarded the honorary title of Youth Civilization Post by the Youth League Committee of directly subordinate organizations of Ministry of Civil Affairs.
